The straight answers on what happens after you order. No lawyer-speak, no runaround.
Every order is printed on demand and shipped directly to you by our production partner, Spreadshop. Because each item is made when you order it, allow a few business days for production before it ships; delivery time and shipping cost are shown at checkout based on your location and the options you choose. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your gear is on the move.
Wrong size? Changed your mind? Returns and exchanges are handled through Spreadshop's standard return policy, and their customer service is genuinely good about it. Start a return from your order confirmation email, or head to the store and use the customer service links at the bottom of any product page.
If something arrives defective, misprinted, or otherwise not up to standard — contact us through the contact page too. Johnny takes quality personally.
The short version: this site collects as close to nothing as possible. There are no accounts and no tracking ads. If you use the contact form, your name, email, and message are delivered to us as an email (via the FormSubmit service) so we can reply — that's it. If you post a score to the Sasquatch Hunt leaderboard, the name you enter and your score are stored and displayed publicly on the Hall of Fame. War Room votes are stored as anonymous counts. Game settings, music position, and similar preferences are saved in your own browser, not on our servers.
Purchases happen on Spreadshop's secure checkout — we never see or store your payment information. Their privacy policy covers the transaction side.
All artwork, characters (yes, including Johnny), designs, lyrics, and content on this site are the property of Tactical Hotdog Co and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. The Sasquatch Hunt game and leaderboard are for entertainment; we reserve the right to remove scores or names that are offensive, impersonate others, or were obviously obtained by cheating — Johnny knows a fake score when he sees one. Promotions and giveaways may have their own posted rules.
Who actually prints the shirts? Our production partner, Spreadshop — print-on-demand with secure checkout. The designs are 100% original Tactical Hotdog Co artwork.
Where are the sizing charts? On every product page at checkout — each garment style has its own chart.
Is this really veteran-owned? 12 years Air Force, 14 years Department of Corrections, 9 on the Hostage Rescue Team. The whole story is here.
What's the deal with the game? Johnny's hiding somewhere on this site. Find him, click him three times, and you'll see. Top scores live forever on the Hall of Fame.
Is it true everything counts double for one secret minute a day? We can neither confirm nor deny.
